For the Premix: Mix the specified liquids in a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then strain best through a fine cloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.

For serving: Add 85ml of the batch mix into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and stir lightly for about 60 seconds to chill. Strain into a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, top with some cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
